Blessing of the Animals

In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the local Franciscan parish, St. Anthony of Padua, blesses animals every year on the Feast of St. Francis which is October 4.  Of course I took Jake to get blessed!  I took Jake last year and it followed roughly the same structure.
